Product Description

Air Cushioned Anodized Heated Grips

“Air Ride For Your Hands!”  The Avon Air Cushion Black Anodized grips feel great and are very functional too.  Manufactured in the USA with a special core bar that creates air pockets inside the grip body, these air pockets dampen vibrations, help eliminate the tingle in your hands and soften the overall feel of the ride.  The soft serrated texture on the grip surface helps you hold on to your bike with no-slip confidence.

Avon Motorcycle Logo MMMMAVON have teamed up with Heat Demon to create the best feeling V-Twin grips for both warm and cold riding conditions. “Heat Demon has a very good reputation in the heater business, and we were looking for a reputable source for our grip heaters”.  The Heat Demons are inserted into the grip during the assembly process, and will put the heat right where the rider wants it, in the palm of his/her hands. The controller (available in chrome or black to match the selected grip end caps) has (4) heat settings indicated by small LED lights. These controllers attach to the left side (clutch side) perch bolts for a true factory-look installation.

The grips are finished off with only the best – 6061 billet aluminum end caps and collars.

Specify Throttle Style – Push/Pull Cable or  Fly By Wire (Electronic).

Inside length = 4.600″ OD = 1.625″.

In my 30 plus yrs of riding I have purchased and installed possibly every make and kind of heated grips and grip heaters out there. By far these win hands down.
The bar insert kind just don’t transmit enough heat through the bar and grip, the inserts meant for snow machine bars get too hot and will warp the throttle tube
( ask me how I know ) , factory heated grips just plain suck because they have a habit of quitting when you need them ( again ask me how I know ). These grips are WAY comfy, look great and produce so much heat on max ( without warping the throttle tube ) I can, and do, now ride with mesh gloves year round unless it’s heavy rain or around freezing.
I live and ride in BC year round, average 50-60,000 klms a year so no stranger to rain and cold riding……
