Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

All Canadian and U.S. destination orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC unless otherwise stated.  Small items are typically shipped via Canada Post Small Packet Service in padded envelopes. This service accommodates packages up to 2 KG. in weight. Larger shipments can be sent via Canada Post mail or UPS Ground, to be selected at time of check out.

We recognize that some orders may require special handling to meet your requirements. So, if you need something via “Fastest Means Possible”, just add a note to the order explaining when you need to receive the product. We will establish the quickest means to get the product to you based on your Zip or Postal Code and, with your approval charge only the exact shipping cost required to meet your deadline.

In stock orders will ship 24 to 48 hours after receipt of approved order. All orders ship complete unless specific instructions to ship partial orders is received. Any delays in shipping caused by items not being in stock will be communicated at time of order. Notifications are sent at time of shipment together with tracking information, if applicable.

Clients local to Vancouver, B.C. also have the option of selecting the “Local Pick Up” or “Local Delivery” options. Clients are contacted via email when product is available to arrange for pick up or delivery.

RETURNS:

All products are guaranteed to be free of defect at time of shipping. Products received in faulty condition can be returned for warranty replacement or 100% refund of product price and taxes paid, so long as they are received within 30 days of receipt of order. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We strive to properly represent all products offered and depict all products accurately. Accordingly, any returns for other than errors on our part or product defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No returns are accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. To receive that number which MUST BE clearly shown on the package, please email us at info@morrisonmotomounts.com

Please state the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, together with the invoice/shipment number, if available, together with your contact information. Once the RMA is received, product should be shipped to;

Include the RMA number on the outside of the box and be aware that our depot is not authorized to receive items on a C.O.D. basis, so shipping charges MUST BE pre-paid.

Warranty replacements will be shipped on a no charge basis once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be defective. If appropriate, refunds will be issued within 72 hours of receipt of goods via the means of payment selected at time of purchase. (PayPal, Credit Card).
