CargoBuckle F10937BK adapters are a pair of 14″ long, 1″ wide straps that loop around an attachment point to provide a means of securing an “S”-Hook without putting the hook directly onto the bike. Ideal for those concerned about the possibility of scratches on chromed surfaces, such as most handlebars or crash bars. For use with CargoBuckle G3 tie-down systems.
